These terms govern the use of Lumina, its connected features, and Lumina Premium.

Using Lumina
Lumina offers brain games, progress, streaks, achievements, rankings, and Premium features. Use the app reasonably and do not manipulate scores, abuse services, interfere with other users, or compromise security.
Account
You can play locally without an account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, Lumina stores progress and related data for synchronization and connected features. You are responsible for maintaining secure access to your identity provider.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are processed through your device store and may renew automatically as shown before purchase. The store manages charges, cancellations, and refunds. You can restore purchases from Lumina and manage the subscription through the store.
Lumina Premium
Premium may include no ads, additional challenges, themes, advanced statistics, more hints, and complete history as described on the purchase screen. Availability may vary by platform and product.
License
Lumina is licensed for personal, non-exclusive use. Apple’s standard EULA applies on iOS unless a custom EULA is published. No permission is granted to copy, resell, modify, decompile, or commercially exploit the app beyond what the law permits.
Availability
We may improve, change, or withdraw features to maintain the service. Lumina partly depends on third-party services and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Its games are for entertainment and are not medical care or advice.
Deletion
You can delete the account from Settings. Deleting it does not automatically cancel a subscription; cancel renewal through the store if you no longer want it.
